How do you burn body fat?
Well before I tell you let me give you some facts.
64 percent of people are overweight in the US
48 percent of people in Europe are overweight
27% of Americans are classified as obese
Obesity is responsible for 325 000 deaths a year
Obesity cost an estimated billion in 2003 because of its long and expensive treatment

So how do you burn body fat?
To burn body fat is a process of diet, exercising and rest. This is an important process to understand. Body fat does not come of just by diet. You need to combine it with exercises and also plenty of rest after exercising. Exercise helps burn body fat because when you exercise your body uses some of the fat as energy. This is why it’s not just diet but also exercise and rest.
So why do I have to lose weight?
Well if you’re overweight or obese you may have many health issues:

So this is my story.
